FUNNELOS · DELIVERY INFRASTRUCTURE

One operator.
A connected AI growth system.

FunnelOS defines how market intelligence, content, code, creative, distribution, and measurement move through one accountable workflow inside every engagement phase. You work directly with the person steering it—not five specialists passing briefs between each other.

  • Direct senior access
  • Human approval before anything ships
  • Weekly shipped work
  • Reporting tied to pipeline

The old model is a relay race

You do not need five people doing five disconnected jobs.

The traditional agency model divides your growth across a strategist, SEO specialist, writer, developer, and designer. Each person has a partial view. Every handoff adds waiting, interpretation, and management cost.

FunnelOS changes the unit of delivery. One senior operator holds the complete commercial context. Specialized agents create capacity on demand. The operator sets priorities, reviews the work, talks to you directly, and remains accountable for the outcome.

The economics are different because the architecture is different.

Illustrative five-person setup

5 specialists × $2,000/month = $10,000/month in direct labor before software, recruiting, management, and unused capacity.

  • Five calendars
  • Multiple handoffs
  • Fragmented context
  • Variable senior attention
  • Capacity fixed by payroll
One senior operator + agent capacity

A fixed engagement gives you one accountable owner, specialized AI workflows, and the software stack required to run them.

  • One commercial context
  • Direct communication
  • Parallel execution
  • Human quality control
  • Capacity expands by workflow, not headcount

This is an illustrative operating model, not a universal salary benchmark. The exact comparison depends on market, seniority, software, and scope.

You are not paying us to imitate a department. You are paying for the system that gets the department’s work done.

The human is the control layer

AI creates leverage. Judgment creates results.

Agents are fast at research, transformation, production, and repeated checks. They are not responsible for your positioning, your factual truth, your budget, or your reputation.

The senior operator decides what matters, sets constraints, resolves contradictions, and approves every external-facing output. That is not a limitation of the model. It is the design.

Completion-rate liftup to 70%

Upwork’s Human+Agent Productivity Index found that expert human feedback increased completion rates by up to 70% over agents working alone on selected real-world tasks. The lesson is simple: the advantage is not “AI instead of people.” It is a qualified person operating AI well.

Agents handle

  • Collecting and structuring data
  • Mapping prompts and topics
  • Producing first-pass briefs and drafts
  • Generating and testing code
  • Building creative variants
  • Checking schemas, links, and formatting
  • Refreshing dashboards and experiment logs

The senior operator decides

  • Commercial priorities
  • Positioning and differentiation
  • Which evidence is strong enough to publish
  • Final brand voice
  • Budget and channel trade-offs
  • What gets stopped, scaled, or escalated
  • What is communicated to the client

Specialized capacity, one direction

Seven agents. One operating context.

These are not seven chat windows. Each agent has a defined input, output, acceptance criteria, and escalation path.

AGENT 01

Market Intelligence Agent

Pulls category, competitor, customer, and channel signals into one evidence set. Flags changes that deserve a human decision instead of producing another unread report.

Inputs & output

Inputs Semrush, Search Console, analytics, CRM, competitor sites, approved research sources.

Output Opportunity map, change alerts, evidence pack.

AGENT 02

Prompt & Demand Agent

Maps how buyers ask AI systems for recommendations, comparisons, implementation advice, and risk validation. Separates curiosity from commercial intent.

Output

Output Prioritized prompt universe, intent clusters, visibility gaps.

AGENT 03

Content Architecture Agent

Converts demand into page systems: pillar pages, comparison pages, use cases, FAQs, proof blocks, and internal links.

Output

Output Page map, brief, source requirements, schema plan.

AGENT 04

Production & Optimization Agent

Builds source-grounded drafts and optimization passes against real search and entity coverage. It cannot approve its own claims.

Output

Output Draft, entity coverage report, editorial checklist.

AGENT 05

Build & Technical Agent

Implements pages, schema, analytics events, redirects, technical SEO fixes, and integrations. Tests the result before requesting human review.

Output

Output Reviewed code change, test evidence, rollback note.

AGENT 06

Creative Testing Agent

Turns one positioning idea into multiple visual and message directions for landing pages, ads, social assets, and short-form video.

Output

Output Test matrix, creative variants, learning log.

AGENT 07

Measurement & Learning Agent

Connects discovery signals to sessions, leads, opportunities, and revenue. Shows what changed, why it may have changed, and what decision is required next.

Output

Output Weekly decision brief, monthly pipeline report, next-test recommendation.

Best tool for each job

The stack is modular. The operating logic stays.

Tools change quickly. A durable system cannot depend on one vendor. FunnelOS routes each job to the tool best suited to it, then validates the result against the same quality gates.

Demand and visibility

Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, AI visibility monitoring.

Semantic content

NEURONwriter for SERP, entity, structure, and content-gap guidance.

Reasoning and production

Claude for synthesis and long-form reasoning; Claude Code for file-based workflows and repeatable marketing operations.

Build and technical QA

Codex for production code, schema, migrations, integrations, browser-based validation, and parallel implementation tasks.

Creative production

Higgsfield for cinematic image/video exploration, product creative, motion concepts, and rapid ad variants.

GTM research and activation

Clay for account research, enrichment, scoring, and structured personalization when outbound is in scope.

Automation

n8n, Make, APIs, webhooks, and scheduled workflows.

Commercial truth

CRM, analytics, call data, and finance-approved revenue definitions.

The tools are replaceable. The evidence model, acceptance criteria, and feedback loop are the moat.

From question to measured asset

What happens when you ask, “How do we become the recommended option?”

Seven steps, one loop: every asset returns evidence to the system that decides the next move.

Observe

Semrush, Search Console, direct LLM tests, CRM language, and competitor evidence are collected into one baseline.

Decide

The senior operator selects the commercial prompt cluster and defines the proof required to win it.

Architect

Agents build the page system, source plan, entity model, internal-link map, and measurement specification.

Produce

Claude and NEURONwriter support the source-grounded draft. Codex implements the page, schema, events, and technical checks.

Approve

The operator reviews claims, differentiation, tone, usefulness, and launch readiness.

Distribute

The asset is published and supported with relevant authority, outreach, and creative.

Learn

Visibility, citations, sessions, leads, and pipeline signals return to the system. The next decision is based on evidence, not activity volume.

Nothing ships because an agent said so

Five gates between generated work and your market.

Every external-facing asset passes each gate in order—or it does not ship.

1 · Source gate

Every factual claim has an approved source or is removed.

2 · Commercial gate

The asset answers a real buyer question and supports a defined business outcome.

3 · Brand gate

Tone, positioning, terminology, and risk statements match the approved brand system.

4 · Technical gate

Links, schema, metadata, analytics, performance, responsive behavior, and accessibility are checked.

5 · Human approval gate

A named senior operator accepts responsibility for publication.

Start with a working system

Your first month is designed to produce evidence, not theater.

Week 1

Connect available data, define commercial outcomes, document constraints, and capture the baseline.

Week 2

Map prompt demand, competitors, content gaps, technical blockers, and measurement gaps.

Week 3

Build the first high-leverage asset and its measurement layer.

Week 4

Publish, distribute, review the first signals, and lock the next 60-day production roadmap.

You receive the map, the decision log, and the working assets. No black-box dependency.

Fit check

Built for teams that want leverage without losing control.

FunnelOS is a good fit if

  • A founder or CMO wants one senior owner instead of managing multiple vendors
  • The company has strong expertise but weak discoverability
  • Marketing data exists but does not drive weekly decisions
  • Execution is slowed by handoffs and approval queues
  • The business is ready to provide access, evidence, and timely decisions

It is not a fit if

  • You want unreviewed bulk AI content
  • You measure success only by publishing volume
  • No one can approve facts, positioning, or customer claims
  • You want guaranteed rankings or guaranteed revenue
  • You need a large on-site team or daily meeting cadence

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is FunnelOS software?

FunnelOS is FunnelLeaders’ delivery operating system: workflows, agents, quality gates, tools, and a senior operator. It is not sold as standalone SaaS.

Will we talk to an account manager?

No account-manager layer. You communicate with the senior operator responsible for priorities, approvals, and results.

Does AI write everything?

AI supports research, structuring, production, code, creative variation, and repeated checks. External-facing work is source-reviewed and approved by a human.

Can FunnelOS use our current tools?

Usually, yes. We start with your CRM, analytics, CMS, and approved data environment. We recommend new tools only when they solve a defined gap.

How do you protect confidential information?

Access is scoped by task and tool. Sensitive data enters only approved systems and workflows, and the exact data-handling policy is documented in the proposal and contract for each client.

What happens if a tool changes?

The workflow is vendor-modular. We can replace an individual tool without rebuilding the business logic, acceptance criteria, or measurement model.

See what one accountable operator and the right agents could replace in your current workflow.

In a 30-minute working session, we will map your current handoffs, identify the highest-leverage agent workflows, and show where human judgment must remain.
