A useful 90-day AI visibility plan does not begin with “publish more.” It begins by deciding which buyer questions matter, what evidence the company can defend, and how progress will be observed. The sequence below follows the same four-part logic as our methodology: foundations, execution, authority, and measurement. The calendar creates operating discipline; it does not control external algorithms.

Days 1–30: establish the baseline and choose the pilot

First, verify the technical floor: important pages return correctly, are crawlable and indexable, render useful content, and connect through intentional internal links. Review analytics, search data, CRM language, existing AI mentions and citations, competitor visibility, and entity consistency. Do not compress this into a single “AI visibility score.”

Build a buyer-prompt universe across problem recognition, category education, use cases, comparisons, risk, implementation, pricing, and internal buy-in. Score clusters by commercial importance, current visibility, available evidence, and execution difficulty. Choose one pilot cluster where a win would matter and the company can support the answer honestly.

The first-month outputs should be concrete: baseline, prompt map, competitor/source map, evidence inventory, measurement definitions, risk register, and a 120-day backlog. The exit criterion is not traffic growth. It is agreement on what will be built, why it should exist, and how it will be evaluated.

Days 31–60: build the smallest complete decision path

Now create the pages required by the pilot—not an arbitrary content quota. A complete path may include a category or service page, one use-case page, a comparison or alternatives page, an evidence-led guide, and a proof module. Improve existing pages when they already hold authority; new URLs are not automatically better.

Every asset needs a buyer job, approved evidence, a distinctive point of view, internal-link role, structured data where appropriate, and a conversion path. A human operator still approves facts, usefulness, differentiation, and brand risk.

Days 61–90: earn corroboration and close the loop

Owned pages alone rarely establish the whole story. Identify the sources that influence answers in the pilot category: relevant publications, expert communities, review platforms, directories, partner ecosystems, and comparison surfaces. Pursue legitimate contributions and accurate profiles. Avoid mass placement or synthetic review tactics that create reputational risk.

At the same time, rerun the fixed prompt set and compare the answer state with the baseline. Inspect crawl and indexation, cited pages, brand mentions, recommendation language, qualified organic sessions, assisted conversions, self-reported discovery, and sales feedback. Decide what to continue, fix, stop, or scale.

The operational lesson is narrower and more useful: a baseline can reveal that the next constraint is architecture, conversion, or authority—not word count. The roadmap must follow evidence rather than defaulting to production volume.

By day 90, the team should have a functioning loop and enough evidence to make a better allocation decision. Scale what shows useful movement. Repair the bottleneck when it does not. Preserve the baseline, decisions, and limitations so the next review compares like with like across every active pilot. A credible roadmap earns the next quarter through observed results, not through a promise made on day one.
