Scope, pricing and outcomes

Final scope, responsibilities, access, timeline, fees, expenses, acceptance criteria and data handling are defined in writing for each engagement. Unless a signed proposal expressly defines a limited measurement commitment, search rankings, AI citations, platform visibility, leads, pipeline and revenue are affected by factors outside FunnelLeaders’ control and are not guaranteed.

Any measurement commitment applies only to the baseline, fixed prompt set, models, market, implementation conditions, review period and remedy written into that proposal. It never guarantees a specific citation or recommendation, lead volume, pipeline or revenue.

Case material and third-party systems

Case screenshots illustrate observed states in specific tools and time periods; they are not promises of identical results. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. External links and tools, including WhatsApp, operate under their own terms and availability.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, FunnelLeaders website copy, structure, graphics and original materials may not be republished or sold as your own. Client deliverable ownership and reusable methods are addressed in the engagement agreement.

Availability and changes

The site may be changed, paused or corrected without notice. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted access and error-free content are not promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FunnelLeaders is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on this public website.
