This policy explains the limited personal information involved when you visit the FunnelLeaders website or choose to contact Andrii Kulyk. FunnelLeaders is operated directly by Andrii Kulyk.
Information involved
- Technical delivery data. The hosting layer may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser, requested URL, time, response status and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
- WhatsApp messages. When you follow a WhatsApp link, you decide what to send. WhatsApp then processes the message under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Campaign references. On the GEO / LLM SEO page, a supplied
utm_sourceorutm_campaignvalue may be appended to the prefilled WhatsApp message. The site does not store that value in a first-party cookie or browser database.
Why the information is used
Technical data is used for site delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and debugging. Information you send is used to respond to your request, evaluate fit, prepare a proposal when requested, and maintain the resulting business communication.
Providers and transfers
Website infrastructure and WhatsApp may process data in multiple countries. Those providers act under their own service terms and security controls. FunnelLeaders does not sell website visitor information.
Retention and choices
Infrastructure logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational settings. Business messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, engagement, records, or dispute handling. You may avoid WhatsApp and may ask Andrii to access, correct, or delete information he controls, subject to legitimate record-keeping needs.
