Privacy, without the fog.

This policy explains the limited personal information involved when you visit the FunnelLeaders website or choose to contact Andrii Kulyk. FunnelLeaders is operated directly by Andrii Kulyk.

Information involved

• Technical delivery data. The hosting layer may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser, requested URL, time, response status and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
• Analytics data, if accepted. Google Analytics 4 may receive page and interaction information so FunnelLeaders can understand site usage and improve content.
• Advertising measurement, if accepted. Meta Pixel and a first-party Conversions API endpoint may process PageView, ViewContent and Contact events, the visited URL, browser and network information, Meta browser identifiers such as _fbp/_fbc, and the same event_id used to prevent duplicate browser/server counting.
• WhatsApp messages. When you follow a WhatsApp link, you decide what to send. A WhatsApp click is recorded as Contact only when marketing consent exists; it is not treated as a completed Lead. WhatsApp processes the message under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Campaign references. Supplied parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid may be used for campaign attribution. Selected references may also be appended to the prefilled WhatsApp message.

Why the information is used

Technical data is used for site delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and debugging. Consented analytics is used to improve the site. Consented advertising measurement is used to measure campaigns, understand which landing-page visits become contacts, and improve ad delivery. Information you send is used to respond, evaluate fit, prepare a proposal when requested, and maintain the resulting business communication.

Cookies and consent

Essential storage is used for site operation and to remember your privacy choice. You can reject all optional measurement, allow analytics only, or accept analytics and marketing measurement. Meta Pixel is not requested before marketing consent. Reopen “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice.

A Lead event must represent a real inquiry, and a QualifiedLead event must represent a later business-fit decision. They are not generated from a page view or a WhatsApp-button click. Any future CRM connection for those events must use a separately secured server-side integration and the minimum permitted identifiers.

Providers and transfers

Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites infrastructure, Google, Meta and WhatsApp may process data in multiple countries under their own service terms, privacy notices and security controls. FunnelLeaders does not sell website visitor information.

Retention and choices

Infrastructure logs and analytics/advertising identifiers are retained according to the applicable provider and account settings. The local consent record remains until you change it or clear browser storage. Business messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, engagement, records, or dispute handling. You may avoid WhatsApp and may ask Andrii to access, correct, or delete information he controls, subject to legitimate record-keeping needs.
